Amazon ECR supports Docker Image Manifest V2, Schema 2

Amazon EC2 Container Registry (ECR) now supports Docker Image Manifest V2, Schema 2 providing the ability to assign multiple tags per image, store Windows container images, and use the Open Container Initiative (OCI) image format.
