Amazon RDS Adds Oracle SE2 License Included Option in AWS GovCloud

Amazon RDS for Oracle now offers Oracle Standard Edition Two (SE2) as a License Included option in the AWS GovCloud Region. You can also move existing Oracle SE and Oracle SE1 instances to Oracle SE2.
